Just confirmed by Vol sources.

Our QB this year will not have one snap of major college football.

Is he leaving because he won't start or other reasons?

He definitely wasn't out of the competition, so probably other reasons. Dunno though.

He was already losing first team snaps. Was he out of the competition? No. But he was well on his way. The man couldn't beat out Crompton when any one of us could've beat out Crompton.

Also, Gerald Jones, our leading returning WR, is injured and in a walking boot.

It's supposedly not too serious though.

Sounds right. There's a reason he never came in when Crompton couldn't throw the ball 7 yards on a line. He sucks.

The only real downside is it ruins Bray's chance to red shirt. I'm afraid he'll get killed next year if he has any meaningful playing time.

Don't care which team you are, I wouldn't wish what is going on at UT on anyone. Not even Lawlburn*.

And that team will effectively be wasting a draft pick. The kid might have an arm but he's got the brain capacity of a monkey with down syndrome. People always want to bring up what he did the last 6 games, I'll break it down...come to center, stare down WR, roll out toward that WR, hit him on an out route or hit the WR/TE 5 yards behind him also running an out route. All while facing 8 men in the box trying to stop Hardesty. That was his last 6 games, lets not even mention his previous 18 games.

It's Volnation.com's fault, they banned me and I put a hex on you guys. Been down hill for UT since then.

well I didn't say I didn't agree he isn't very good. But seriously though some idiots are saying he is one of the draft's top qb's. I wouldn't pick him before the 6th.

Ten years ago I would have very much wished it on Tennessee. Then Fulmer started sucking so it allayed my anger somewhat (wishing it on him by 2008 would have been like wishing herpes on the guy who stole your girlfriend when he's already dying of cancer). Then, when Kiffin started running his mouth, i wished it on them again. Now, I like Dooley (though my hatred for Tennessee still runs deep) and I actually feel the tiniest sliver of sympathy for them (mostly for Dooley's sake)
