Go to California or Iowa and they have no clue that even exists. But they damn sure know Bama-Aubie exists

I wouldn't presume to say that TSIO >Iron Bowl, but I don't get my football opinions from California or Iowa residents.

Tennessee= Western Kentucky in football.

So you're saying a western KY team took #12 Lsu to the wire in their own stadium?

You should love the game based on how you feel about it. You are correct in thinking that way. But on a national scale TSIO is just a normal football game. Hell, I grew up in Louisiana and had no clue it was a thing until tigerdroppings really

TSIO is headed down the same road as the OM-LSU rivalry. One team becomes not as competitive so the games aren't as important, and it finally gets to a point after a period of years that most college football fans don't know or don't consider it a major rivalry.

I'll agree that the IB is number one, but I've attended a Clemson-USC game. That shite is intense and the hatred between both fan bases is on par with OSU-Michigan, IB, and others.. Just doesn't have as elite of programs clashing.

Ole Miss is at least competitive and wins against LSU. There's only been 2 blowouts in recent memory in the OM-LSU game. It's usually a game that goes down to the wire. Alabama just massacres Tennessee very year

That's true, but I'm talking more on the national level.

You have the Egg Bowl, where you crown the winner as the 3rd most irrelevant program in the conference, and you have nothing else.

You have a losing all time record to almost every team in the conference. You're OM, and you're done, it's over.

I'd put DSOR and WLOCP in that list over some of those other games.

Even though the Ducks have dominated, that is a pretty fierce rivalry.

Only lately, Washington still leads, 58–44–5, it was 58-33-5 before this current Oregon streak.

13. Ole Miss-Mississippi State

How in the hell is this rated ahead of Alabama-LSU, and how is it on a list at all when WLOCP and DSOR are completely omitted?

That game has relevance maybe twice a decade. Not saying those two fan bases don't hate each other, but come on.

Because while they don't like each other, LSU-Bama aren't really rivals. Alabama hates Auburn and Tennessee. LSU is just kind of whatever about everyone it seems. The only real rivalries they have are Ole Miss and Tulane. If Ole Miss stays at the level they are or get better, it will heat back up to what it was back in the 50's and 60's.

I catch hell for saying this every year but the Army-Navy game is so extremely overrated. I understand that it's some of those kid's last football game and that they will be defending our country afterwards but it doesn't deserve it's own weekend. It's a cool thing but it's not the spectacle that people make it out to be.

I think Georgia didn't make the list because they have too many rivals...it's hard to even list them in order of biggest.

All those other schools got 1 main one minus Alabama/LSU. Georgia, pick one freakin rival and combine all your hatred for them and then maybe you can make such a prestigious offseason list.
