Because no Alabama fan would ever obsess over Auburn enough to literally poison our traditions and brag about it on national radio because he was so proud of defending the tide

Not necessarily. The style of O Auburn plays means the D is on the field more. If Auburn ran a clock control O, then yes.........but we will never know, because of our explosive O.

Meh.

That scout obviously felt so strong about his opinion that he wished to remain anonymous. This is because:

A. He realized that it was a stupid statement. Or...

B. Nervous about repercussions from crazy-arse Alabama fans.

The answer is A.

I am glad you actually recognize this is not tide fans. This means most people here probably wont believe the typical bammer talking points that the idiots on tidefans would believe. This includes the ridiculous notion that bammers don't care about Auburn. After all, your fan bases care enough about Auburn for members of your idiotic fan base to kill people after losing to Auburn last year and to poision trees in Auburn a few years ago

Yeah, because there are soooooooooooo many scouts, NFL personnel guys, NFL coaches putting their names, on record, commenting about college kids.

Auburn did give up fewer points and yards to Arkansas than Alabama gave up to West Virginia. Those are probably fairly comparable opponents

I am, you idiot...I've got one, as do you. About the only difference between us is that I don't talk out of mine.

IMO, this is most likely the reason.

Do you not realize how totally ridiculous your post is?...two completely different offenses...polar opposites.

You are seriously comparing Ark. offense to West Virginia's? WV is only an 8.5 point underdog to Oklahoma, who many says has the defense in the country. Somebody thinks they are gonna put up some points on them.

I don't give a good goddamn who's more NFL ready where. I know for a fact this team is hurtin' on defense and it won't be fixed until most likely next year. So, give auburn all the praise please.

Until further notice, they deserve it for whatever reason over Alabama's defense.

Doesn't change the fact they are still Swiss cheese for about 3 quarters every game.

West Virginia's offense was shite last year... granted so was arkansas's. Both teams are improved offensively, all be it with totally different styles.

Are you seriously saying it is not a fair comparison based on some Las Vegas betting line? You are either kidding or a moron because those lines are probably off as much as they are on spot.

Arkansas and West Virginia had similar records last year and they have put up similar numbers this year against similar competition. I would assume the line is what it is because West Virginia was competitive with Alabama and because they are playing at home. Duh!
