i doubt it. for starters they dont even play the same position. but johnson has more talent than montgomery and at least a little more drive. he may not stick on with a team forever but i doubt he gets cut midseason.

At first glance maybe, but he got a check for 250k this year to sit in Cleveland and get healthy. Essentially to take a redshirt instead of rushing back to play at LSU if he didn't feel ready.

meh, maybe. i always thought Montgomery was a good player. He had a good speed rush and good pursuit. I thought he would be a good player in the NFL. i think he is just a case of a player getting paid and then losing his drive.
as for johnson, he was just more hype than substance. i havent seen a skillset from him that leads me to believe he will be successful in the NFL.
