Nothing. I doubt the OP actually believes the tweet was directed at Arkansas. He was just using it as a springboard to call Arkansas RBU and provoke a reaction from the Rant. Which he did, so I suppose he considers the post a success.
I'd lay money that the tweet was directed at Bama, though, because they are Auburn's major rival and they've had a series of high-profile RBs during Saban's run. Just some goodnatured rivalry-related poking, I'd say. Unlike the dickishness of [whoever people agreed did it] sending in a "No" LOI, which is just immature and unnecessary.

Don't think it was at all. Why does anybody assume it's even directed at another team? The kid is from Texas and it wasn't like we stole him from Bama.

Because the "the Real" verbiage sounds very much like he's emphasizing a distinction, and a distinction requires a separate something to be distinguished from the topic at hand. Maybe it wasn't intentional. Maybe he just considered the entire thing a collective name, adjective and all. The "Apart" part suggests he didn't really put a lot of time and effort into writing it anyway so he might not have thought about how it comes across.
In any event, I thought I was being pretty clear that I personally attached no disapprobation to any such attempt. It would just be a case of a recruit trumpeting his own team while tossing a bit of snark in the direction of their rival. Nothing wrong with that.
