So now you have to assume Kentucky is headed to Purdue.
Where does that leave Mississippi State?
Rice or A&M as a #2

Does the NCAA have the guts to send #HailState to Coral Gables?

My guess would be either Raleigh or Chapel Hill.

UK just got Baylored. I think it was 03 or 04 where Baylor was a 1 had to go to USM.

That is an obvious screw job to the SEC.If there were 10 top seeds UK would be one,how the hell do they not get a host?

No way they go to UNC as a #2, UNC is a solid national seed. Would really screw over them.

It's more than that. Just 3 SEC teams hosting with 5 ACC teams.
I'm beyond livid right now.

It wouldn't shock me if KY was a 1 seed at someones regional.
They could go be the 1 seed at UVA

But it was a bid, so I can sort of understand if Miami's or UVA's bid was way higher than UK's.

UVA's RPI is 5 places higher than Kentucky. UK is very likely in Purdue's Regional.

The word is we got knocked for a weak OOC schedule. I believe LSU suffered the same last season correct? Either way it's shitty. We played well enough from start to finish to warrant a host site. Plain and simple.

A lot of regional hosting is about ballpark.
UVA has a fantastic ballpark in a great college town.

We swept cal state last year. Missing the sec tourney killed us

For the record, Miami was #25 in attendance with 2,500+ per game average. Kentucky was #32 with 1,950.
It's not like Miami is LSU or Arky with their baseball attendance.

I agree. I think Miami is getting credit for tradition and making their tourney final though.
