Where do you think he got the money for bail? They thought it was covered up until the civil lawsuit came along. I know someone who is involved in the civil lawsuit.

Another thought. If ladies went to the game and held up a sign that simply said come to Tennessee, there is no ground for them to stand on. That could be seen as an advertisement to anyone in the crowd and since it was not directed at one particular individual, it would be legal.

If it named name, well, that is a different case assuming that they prove as much.

Furthermore, "Come to Tennessee" is not the same as "Come to the University of Tennessee". Maybe these girls are Phil Bredesen's hostesses, since the signs only reference the state of Tennessee and not the University.

Mrs. Crew is a wonderful domestic relation attorney, and I have had the pleasure of hearing her speak at a CLE a while back.

Additionally, both she and Mrs. Scott (another member of the firm) aren't harsh on the eyes at all..

I have no idea to be honest. I'm sure some people IRL, but I think it's for more lewd things than what I was talking about.

That may be so, but the NCAA conducting witch hunts because a coach said mean things about referees or Urban Meyer is perhaps a little excessive.

You sit for 8 hrs in a conference room with a bunch of other swinging dicks, talking about the McClendon standard and post judgment child support...and then tell me that anything with makeup on it doesn't look "doable".

Beauty is subjective and all, but I think I have to echo this sentiment.

Fair enough.

Yer a good guy. But I think it's more than Meyer and more than a witch hunt that's gonna be happening here. I think from looking in from outside, that there were so many blinders on in defense of Kiffin from the start, that alot of stuff was overlooked in a mistaken attempt to rally the troops. I may be wrong on that, but we'll see over time.

Blinders from the FANS, perhaps, and I'm not sure what difference that makes.

It reeks of a witch hunt for the very reason you said: Kiffin made enemies. I don't think the NCAA is out to get Tennessee, per se (they reserve all their energy for getting Bama), but maybe they are out to get Kiffin.

Next time you see Wendy ask her about an administrative order Scott Vowell entered with her name on it that moved cases out of another judges courtroom.

Also, ask her where she found herself after leaving the Corey Watson party Thursday night. Yea, she is wonderful alright.
