that's a joke right?
It's not. And it's also freaking documented. Derrick Henry was clocked as running a 4.54 forty at the NFL Combine while Shaun Alexander was clocked as running a 4.65 forty. So yeah, Henry was faster than Alexander by over a second. Henry is also much stronger than Alexander was in his prime. And more explosive? Please. Derrick Henry ripped off more long runs in the 2015 season than Shaun Alexander did in his entire career at Alabama.

As your eyes are older than mine by a good 30-40 years, I'm pretty sure mine see a little better than yours.

I suppose that Henry was faster, more explosive than Lacy? Or Ingram?
40-Yard Dash Times:
Ingram: 4.53
Henry: 4.54
Lacy: 4.64

I saw Lacy play more games than you
No, you didn't. As someone who had class with him and played pick up flag football games with him in Tuscaloosa, I'm pretty sure I have a better idea of Lacy's capabilities than you. I don't care if you watched him in high school or not. I was at every single home game Alabama played in 2010 and every single game they played in 2011. I saw him play plenty.

This one got the luxury of getting to that number by playing against the 128th ranked rushing defense of Eastern Michigan, 127th ranked Texas Tech, 99th ranked South Carolina in what was supposed to be an away game, but a massive hurricane forced it to be played in Baton Rouge, 92nd ranked Syracuse, 54th ranked Western Kentucky(snicker).

Pretty sure I also showed where "that one" outperformed Henry against 6 common SEC opponents. Also, if Miles hadn't pulled LF in the beginning of the 3rd quarter against Auburn, and gotten 40+ carries (instead of 19) like Henry did, LF would have the record right now. Even with 3 less games played.
Furthermore, "that one" is one of only 6 SEC RBs picked in the top 5 of the draft in the last 20 years. NFL talent evaluators did not think Henry was even a 1st round talent. (Brown, Cadillac, J Lewis, Gurley, and Busterson)

Lovely word. If Henry got to feast on those shite tier rushing defenses like LF did, he goes for 2500 rushing yards, if not more. See how this works.

And college football talent evaluators thought him to be too big to play running back. Most people assumed Saban would turn him into a linebacker when he got to Alabama. Instead...he wins the Heisman Trophy and becomes the first SEC running back to rush for over 2,000 yards in a season.
And it's not like he had a terrible rookie season. He rushed for almost 500 yards and right at 4.5 yards a carry as a second string running back.

I figured. Still funny though

I understand it completely. That's the reason Derrick Henry wins a Heisamn, and Leonard Fournette doesn't even get an invite to Brooklyn, even though Fournette had the better numbers

Not the way your offensive line was playing at the end of the regular season.
I meant single game NCAA record. No one from Auburn wanted to tackle LF that day. He was 19/228 3 TD 12.0 ypc and pulled from the game early 3rd quarter.
