I think I am done with him now.
The SEC has had some great running backs in its history. It has been fun watching them play, even if they were not on my favorite team.

Charles Alexander was a better back than both on that list as was Hershel Walker and Jackson.
I saw them all play in person.
For you that doubt this consider that Alexander played during an era where it was a fact that he would touch the ball twice every series. This was the case for Walker and Jackson as well.
Hell Henry wasn't even Bama's best back. Yes he got a lot of yards, but that is a function of who they played - especially the cup cakes like TAMUs defense - and that oline bring all 5 stars with the fact that Bamas defense was the best in all of football so there were more opportunities to drive the ball and wear down the opponent.
Give me Shaun Alexander over Henry. his injuries he played through and how he had to play just to gain yardsdie to the focus on him. Wished I could have seen him more..
