Murray was looking at the sidelines and making a spiking motion, so the fact that he didn't means he was told not to do so by the sidelines.

Spiking was the best option but there was nothing wrong with the throw he wanted to make. He was going for a fade to the corner of the endzone, but the ball got tipped. The real frickup was the receiver not purposefully dropping the ball, but I guess it's just instinctive to catch one coming your way.

Murray is dumb not to have signaled to his team to clock it immediately after the 1st down completion. Mark Richt is dumb for not coaching his QB to do so.

well I'm watching it through a toaster here in this library and I didn't see a tip... either way, Richt should have been signaling the spike and the WR should have just knocked it down if it was in fact tipped.

apparently they say he was going for the endzone and it got tipped directing the ball that way. Like I said, I was watching on this grainy arse internet connection so I didn't see it but if so then maybe it wasn't on Murray. They should have been signaling him to spike it.
