Yes he is.
He got emotional when he started talking about his conversation with the players. That man gives a shite about the program but also the student athletes.

Arkansas still sucks...but Jeff Long is a good guy who made the hard but right decision.

I'm pretty sure she was more qualified for the position than the previous guy who held the position. If he hands her 20k thats cool he's a dumbass but it's his money.

I find that Long deserves credit for attempting to lay facts out for media/public so nobody has any question why he came to the decision he did.

Once they engaged in that relationship, all bets were off and it didn't matter how qualified she was. That's part of hiring ethics in most positions.
