So you rather wanting to live in Houston than Starkville means Houston has a better football program?

Well shite! Now I've done gone and pissed off all 16 of MSU's fans!

EDIT: 100.

Not pissed, but amused, and a bit perturbed.

Well, take your non-pissed amused perturberance elsewhere.

He's just grasping at straws now. Nothing he's arguing relates to being a current top 50 team.

quote: What an awful list. Troy and 3 CUSA teams? That's silly. Why? Troy has a good record historically: 494-368-27. Granted, they were a lower division team for a number of years, but program-wise that are at least equal to (if not better than) MSU. CUSA... ECU has a better historical record - 401-371-11. They have a 50K seat stadium. What's not to love? Houston - Better overall record than MSU (383-334-15), and certainly better than MSU last year. Smaller stadium than MSU's, but I'd rather live in Houston than Starkvegas. Southern Miss - Much better record - 560-373-27. Cooler uniforms. Plus, knowing that you're second best in your own state (and that it REALLY pisses you off) makes it that much better. Your turn.

You must be a zit faced 13 year old boy with that idiotic logic. Easily one of the worst posts in this thread.

Did y'all see where Manny Diaz beat out Kirby Smart for Assist Coach of the Year...

Considering Texas' season last year I will assume they judged him on his work in StarkVegas

I'm late to the party, but I'm amused at all these Auburn fans making themselves feel better by flaming State. Nothing new in this thread.

Even I, who flames State constantly, know that State is definitely a top 50 program.

I would say MS ranks 60-65, but this link, looking at the history of programs is hard to dispute and has MS At # 81... LINK
