I thought he went into cardiac arrest before he fell?

I think your comments would've been better received on the OT in a thread about some moron from halfway across the country.

That said, I agree with you. It is really hard for me to feel sorry for people who do stupid things who put themselves in danger of ending their life before their time.

Not familiar with the construction of scoreboards, but is there a ladder or something else on it that allows people to so easily access it?

So sad. College kids and their invincibility. Reminds me of my dumbass buddy that thought it was a good idea to scale up and down our 3rd floor balcony at a kegger. Thankfully, he didn't regret that decision.

So very sorry for his family.

Something similar happened a couple of months ago. A NC man in town for a convention tried to slide down an escalator in Harrah's and fell to his death.

This reminds me of the freshman who fell down an elevator shaft back in '02 at Ark St. Oh and also the sections of brick that fell off of the 11th floor of Twin Towers. I may be dead if I hadn't skipped class that day

But if the doors that lead to the top of this thing are left unlocked as a matter of policy, the kid's family will sue State into oblivion and scatter it's ashes to the four corners of the apocalypse.

So Southern Miss is gonna be the only college football program left in the state?
