I always felt sort of bad for him. He would've had video game numbers if he was in the right offense.

Dak makes that WR corps better. They were completely different guys with him in the game vs Russell in 2013.

So, Dak like rubs glue on their gloves before every offensive series or something?

Russell still had a slow release, little pocket awareness, and below average anticipation.

The only thing he did better than Dak is accuracy in the purest sense.

Well IMO the best WRs are Wilson and Ross, both of whom were true freshmen and were probably swimming last year.

I mean think about 2012. Bumphis who was drop-happy. Who else? Arceto Clark?

And yes the offense as a whole was more ineffective with Russell at QB because it wasn't designed for him. Your coach literally tried to run bootlegs and read options with one of the least mobile QBs I've ever seen.

Accuracy? You mean one of the most critical aspects of throwing something in a certain direction?

so....Mullen can't develop QBs?

so the less accurate passer made the WRs better? That makes perfect sense.

Malcolm Johnson was solid. But he was injured a lot.

It's easier for a guy to catch a ball thrown 4 feet to his left than hitting him right in the numbers.

Bumphis caught everything in 2012. It was 2011 that he had the dropsies

Pretty butthurt about Devante Cam Newton Kincade flunking out of your offense and having to call Buddy Stevens to develop QBs for you again huh?

Yes.

I can probably hit 3s at a 60% clip on a court by myself. That doesn't make me an NBA point guard.

Accuracy is just one of many aspects of being an elite-level QB. Which Russell wasn't.

Prescott has superior pocket awareness, superior leadership, superior anticipation, superior release, superior arm strength, superior decision-making etc. Any difference in accuracy is more than made up for in that.

And we haven't even seen how good Dak can be yet.

It is amazing how opinionated you are despite how little you know about football. And no, I won't even argue that he's an NFL QB, I think he could be, but he has to make significant improvement on his deep ball accuracy to have a real shot.

you mean the RSFr? Yeah....I'm so butthurt that a RSFr isn't ready to lead our offense yet.

Well he was highly regarded coming out of high school. Are you saying Mullen is the new QB killa?

amazing how much a fan's opinion of their player can change after he leaves. Russell was getting sucked off by every MSU fan two years ago....and now, he's a chump scout team QB.

By the way, Eli had fewer passing TD's, a lower completion percentage, and more INT's his junior year than Dak did this season. While you're going on about Relf 2.0, maybe you can explain that one.

nothing that you've posted has anything to do with WRs catching the ball better from Dak than Russell.

We aren't talking about who can drive the offense down the field better. You're trying to defend your WRs regarding why they dropped passes from Russell. If the ball gets to the WR accurately from Russell....absolutely nothing that you've just slobbered over Dak has anything to do with the WR catching it better.

remember...we aren't talking about bad passes to WRs. We're talking about your WRs dropping passes that get to him.

The RSSo that's already got one foot out the door? Having to go JUCO in year 3. SMH

He started 2 years in the SEC. It's only been 15 years since OM could say the same about a kid you actually recruited out of HS.

Amazing how you can attempt to skew the fact that Dak is simply a better QB than he was into some bullshite that isn't even close to what anyone was saying.

Dak had more career TD's in college than Tom Brady.

I don't even know what you are talking about -- and neither do you. You're just making it up as you go.

Freeze is 2-1 against you with a Juco QB. How are you trash talking us?
