He may be committed to Ole Miss, but he has something in the works with Miss State as well, and they're trying to leverage against him even visiting at Ole Miss.
I'm sure shite like this happens a lot. We just don't hear about it. And anyone suggesting people at Miss State couldn't get some random high school coach fired aren't being realistic. Of course, it won't happen now that it has been made public...but don't kid yourselves. Dan Mullen could get a coach fired if he chose to.

Ricky Woods isn't just a "random high school coach." They won state last year. Not saying he is more powerful than any college coach in this state, but his firing wouldn't pass the smell test, no matter what was posted on twitter.

My first thought was Yancy was simply lying. He has stated publicly that he will put out lies just to mess with State fans.
I don't know about this situation, though. I haven't seen a link to Willie confirming it happened. That would be pretty bold for Yancy to use Willie for a prank like this, even if Willie agreed to it ahead of time.
