Hurricane Katrina made lsu go to Arizona state and made Tennessee make a day trip to tiger stadium on Monday.

Indeed they did. If I remember it was a cold, rainy Friday(day after Thanksgiving) and Flutie and BC beat Bama right at the end. This game was on CBS.

I remember the 2001 Troy game. That was about the only home game I didn't go to that year. I remember them having to clear the stadium because of tornado warnings. Same thing happened against Ole Miss in 1988 at Jackson.

There was 2007 when the Alabama was driving to Shreveport for the Independence Bowl...but they couldn't get past Monroe.
