Auburn knocked the Heisman out of JFF

By holding him to 502 yards total offense and 5 TD's. Good job.....and Good luck facing the actual Heisman winner in Pasadena.

Nah, first two sucked but were over them.

Your OP bears that fact out quite nicely.

Appreciate your concern though

As do I appreciate yours about how overrated AJ is.

He's good.

Tim Couch was over rated.

I am trying to think of a game where AJ clearly choked.
Texas A&M2012- not really. Auburn2013- he played great.

LSU2011:9-6: I'll say this is a good case to say that an elite QB should be able to lead his team to a TD, but AJ10 redeemed himself bigtime by playing lights out in 21-0.

AJ10 is not over rated. He has been productive and has made very few mistakes.

Jeff Driskel has to rank up there.

That's an interesting one. But who was the guy directly after Tebow. I remember not only the UF fans, but some of the announcers anointing him as someone that would surpass Tebow bc he has this amazing arm. Brantley maybe? that name comes to mind.

Good one. He was awful and supposed to be better than Tebow. When I made the OP though I was trying to talk about guys hyped up by their on field play, and not based on projections of play. So more so guys like AJ and Ingram, Clowney. Maybe Freak in that category as well. Not players who were expected to do good and busted like Russell Shephard and Brantley.

I rate Aj about equal with other QBs with one Sec title. So about the same as Tee Martin and JJ.

Admitting you have a problem is the first step. I'm proud of the progress you've made this day.

Another bust but Brantley was the #3 pro-style QB in the country. Driskel was #1.
