We were way off on Freak. I always wanted him to play more, even in 2011 with Brockers and Logan. Looking back, that was incredibly dumb

It's astonishing that he will likely bolt for the pros as well.

LSU fan hitching about all things Bama.

Damn it must be hard for some gumps to read. I said you had the best players, coach, and program in the country but also had one overrated player. Is that bitching about all things bama?

As an Auburn fan, we had a pretty large amount of busts under Gene Chizik as well.

I'm by no means a Bama fan, but its hard to put a Heisman winner as most overrated.

He was an overrated Heisman winner?

Gerhart had a way better season.

Yeah it really tore us up to lose that game that we didn't think we would win anyway

Clowney was proclaimed the best pass rusher in all of football this season, and he laid a big fat stinking egg. He is easily the most overrated player in a long time. Hailed to be the best player in the country in the preseason, but his play wasn't even worth mentioning.

Julio Jones
Jeremiah Masoli
Jevan Snead

AJ McCarron falls in the category of more of a team accomplishment with QBs like Danny Wuerffel and Ken Dorsey

I somehow forgot about Snead. It's gotta be him, right?

Julio Jones' senior season took him out of the discussion, IMO. He was garbage his sophomore year, but really put a show on in 2010. He ripped Auburn their 5th a-hole of the season after Alshon Jeffrey, AJ Green, and Greg Childs were done.
