I sat in the student section for the 09 iron bowl. Second most hostile would be 2008 lsu. Most of the lsu fans I talked to were pretty cool. Got a few tiger baits but it wasn't that bad.

I've never had any problems but my mom did at the 08 LSU / Bama game. Some forty year old drunk douche thought it would be cool to heckle a 55 year old lady. Even his friends were telling him to stfu. At one point in the second half he went to piss and one of his friends stole his seat so he couldn't sit next to her. Then the chicken shite left the game right before the last fg attempt.

Wasnt with the guy personally but my group was in NO in the Quatah the night it happened. It was the night before the '89 BAMA/LSU Game. A friend of ours was on the spirit comittee for BAMA (the crew that runs out with the flags when the team takes the field)and they were all out as a group. It was him and another guy and 4 or 5 girls and of course they all had their BAMA shirts on. A group of trash started harasing them to the point that the other guy took the girls back to the school van. My friend couldnt leave because the group kept following them talking shite. Anyway, once he was by himself he got jumped and sent to the intensive care unit with a bat to the face. Didnt make it back to school until late in the Spring semester and then he didnt even look like the same guy. Shockingly the NOPD took the "that's what he gets for wearing his BAMA shirt down here" attitude. Havent been back to the Big Sleezy since then and really have no desire to.

1990 Sugar Bowl. Bama vs Miami. I think the Miami fans made the team look like choir boys.

Anytime Ole Miss plays in Starkville. The classlessness of State fans is amazing when they play Ole Miss there.

I did throw a State fan's cowbell over the side of the stadium in Oxford one year. It was either 2006 or 2008. I got tired of that damn thing by the time the 2nd QTR rolled around.

He was ready to fight.

No, but it does get annoying when a group of 4 guys follow you to your car while ringing them in you ears.

yea thats a little different. Im not proud of our fans who do things like that. There is a difference between ringing them at someone passing and following someone.

Second most hostile: Auburn 1999
Bama came from like 17-0 down to win 31-17. It was the first win in Jordan-Hare for Bama so a massive crowd went to roll Toomers Corner. It was like a crazy scene from Westside Story. AU fans on one side, Bama fans on the other, cops in the middle. Quite a few folks got tackled, cuffed, and arrested that night (oddly enough, the AU cops felt that mostly Bama fans were the ones that deserved it)

i was there on the front line baby!!

This was in 07 when state beat bama in starkvillie. Another guy stuck a football in my friends chest trying to get him to fight.

No it was more along the lines of the frat douche bags who use 7th grade come backs and the drunk arse 40 year olds who constantly bump into you trying to start a fight.
And yes the fans following your car ringing cowbells all the time is annoying.
