I took down my post. I agree this isn't a discussion that is in good taste. Douglas had some problems, like all of us, but may he RIP.

Did he redshirt then, because he is in incoming JR for us and that would put him being a freshman under Kiffin.

Yes

Personally, I can't say that I've ever hated a football player before.

Yes.

There are certainly some that have annoyed me with dumb shite on and off the field. I'm thinking about the Garcias, Perillouxs and Nukees Richardsons of the world.

For those guys it was off the field.
For on the field dumb shite it has to be this guy:

For you younger guys that is Jamie Howard. Ask somebody about him and Auburn.

If we're talking all sports, gotta be Dwayne Schintzius, no? I think anyone who is as hated by his own fan base as opposing fan bases must be at the top of the list.

This is kind of with blinders on bc it is more recent, but Ryan Perrilloux

Because of him Jordan Jefferson and Jarrett Lee had to play/start as a true freshmen and sophomores and LSU went 17-9 and 8-8 in those two seasons.

LSU had the potential to really compete those 2 seasons if he wouldn't have been such an idiot.

+10000, etc.

No love loss between me and UF but Danny Wuerffel (and Tebow for that matter) were the epitome of the best things in CFB. Tebow wore the bulls eye like few others have for 3 years in CFB and always did so with class. Great competitors. Nothing wrong with that.

What was the name of that Auburn kicker that came out early for warmups during LSU's halftime performance and ended up shoving/fighting a tuba player marching in formation? That guy has to get some consideration for douchebag of all time.

He was mentioned earlier, Damon Duval.

From wikipedia:
Auburn Kicker Damon Duval got into an altercation with LSU marching band members Mark Aycock and Joey LaHatte during their halftime performance. It was believed that the Auburn special teams units prematurely started post-half time warmup while the LSU Band was still performing its halftime show. After this incident Duval did not make another field goal that night. Tommy Tuberville later sent a letter to the band leader Frank Wickes apologizing for Duval's actions.

That just amazes me that no other action was taken by the Auburn coaching staff. Duval could have been charged with physical assault if the band members chose to pursue it. I cant believe they didnt even sit him for the rest of the game let alone a multiple game suspension.
