Wow you are dense. If we are comparing years, we have wins over 2 top 10 teams in Florida and Texas Tech. Who did you BEAT this year that was any good. the answer is no one so therefore our 2008 team was better than your 2010 team. You can't claim to have "better losses", it doesn't work that way when the records are the same.

The 2010 State team would NEVER have lost to a Vandy or Wake Forest team for that matter.

If fact the 2008 MSU team beat that same Vandy team.

As explained before, "SEC West Position" is an ignorant argument. The 2010 SEC West is better than any other division in college football history, so any comparisons to other division years are irrelevant.

Also as I have posted before, I can acknowledge that 2008 OM (#14) > 2010 MSU (#15). But 2010 MSU (#15) > 2009 OM (#20).

Either way, what REALLY matters is:

2010 MSU >>>>> 2010 OM.

and

2011 MSU >>> 2011 OM.

2012 depends on who OM's new coach is.

Garbutt
Pendleton
Pena
Grant
Mosley

Grant, Pena will probably start becuase we need help after losing our top 4 DT's. It is a very smart move to give our RS Freshmen time to grow into the role. Pendleton will probably play nickel next year and Garbutt was signed in case they decide to move Damien Jackson to OLB. All of them were singed to help next year to give our talent 1 more year to grow into their roles.

You are missing about 5 of the other jucos, Jackies last few classes showed that placing this much hope in a bunch of jucos is a dangerous road to travel

our D would have loved to face beat that pass happy arse Texas Tech team and we would have ran it down their throats.

I forgot Philander Moore and Zach Stoudt.

Moore is going to be a return specialist so Jeff Scott doesn't get hurt on returns. Stoudt will fight for the starting QB Job.

We aren't expecting these Juco's to win the national championship. We just want some experience so our RS Freshmen aren't having to learn on the fly. We can break them in.

But they have 10 wins and that is the common denominator for beating the 2010 MSU team.

Houston did drop 24 on you with their 3rd string QB. Who is to say Crabtree and company wouldn't have dropped 40?

but those wins are negated by losing to a shite Vandy team. A shitty team beat you.

Only teams ranked in the top 12 of the nation were able to beat us. No shitty teams were able to beat us

Who cares what happened in 2008, 2009, or even for that matter 2010? It's over and done with. And this stupid crap of Sate of '78 > UM '83. None of it means squat.

It needs to be September already, so we can't stop arguing hypotheticals.

Yeah after being up 40-10 we put in our 3rd string D, and played soft. Kind of like we did to you.

Watch the film. McPhee played on every drive. Good luck thinking that though.

I'm tired of arguing with people with the IQ of a brick wall. Have a nice night.

You damn right a senior that was a juco transfer was going to be out there in the final game of his college career. My point was, we played soft and stopped bring the house at Masolies.
