I expected better in 2013 but never did I think win the east. Not after 2012. Hell, I'll admit it. I was one calling for GP's head like an idiot after 2012.

I have to say I've found myself rooting for ole Mizzou. They came into the SEC and everybody gave em shite and told em they didn't belong. I never heard any of their fans shite talking saying how their gonna run train on this conference (unlike another expansion team). Nope they just went and won their games and proved that they belong in the SEC by winning their division back to back (unlike another expansion team). Now all the other east teams try and give them shite saying that they suck by pointing out that they never won the SEC championship game or trying to say the only win cause the East has been down. Well frick em they're just mad that they couldn't win the East. Keep it up Mizzou, I hope ya'll win the East again and if you play anyone besides LSU in the championship game I'll be rootin for ya.

If Missouri would have been put in the west they'd have 0 western division championships so their really isnt much to argue. I feel like any team from the west could have played the schedule Missouri had and win the division.

When did I say they should be quiet? Just that they need to stop acting like winning a division some big fricking accomplishment. Who cares what some posters said three years ago? They're used to winning the division right? So they should know it means nothing when you can't win in Atlanta

It's stupid to put Mizzou in the league of Bama or LSU or some of the elite teams. Having said that, that doesn't mean I don't believe upsets in one game can't happen, but would never put Mizzou on the same page. But it's equally foolish to go about talking like Mizzou hasn't earned what success it has had. Is it as good as Bama or LSU's success as of late(or forever)? Nope. But it doesn't make it a lack of success either.

Y'all's narratives keep changing. First we wouldn't be able to compete at all and would be at the bottom of the division with UK or Vandy. Then it was we wouldn't be able to win the East. If/When we ever win the SECCG, then your narrative will simply change yet again. Funny that the most butthurt seem to be Dawgs.

Nah, My narrative hasn't changed.

Do you know how much shite Georgia fans talked to South Carolina after 2011 and 2012 when we were in the same position y'all have been in for the past two years?

To act like UGA fans were setting examples of how to act as division champs but title game losers is just ignorant.

Except for Texas A&M and ole Miss in 2013 and Texas A&M and Arkansas in 2014....

Mizzou was a clean 4-0 against that west schedule.

Should i look up the other West teams record against those teams during that time or should we let sleeping dogs lie.

That's not really the point though, is it? UGA would have had 0 western division championships too in the last 2 years. Same could be said of any team in the east. There is little argument that the west has been and is loaded. That doesn't mean that Mizzou has been able to accomplish more in the SEC than many ever thought possible, much less possible in the first 3 years.

But the East is down? So why didn't UGA, Florida, or the Vols win it?

It is a big deal when you come into the biggest conference in college football and get in the mix in 3 short years.

The SEC teams puff out their chest and talk about how difficult the conference is. The new kids show up and wreak their shite. Now all the sudden the SEC ain't so big and bad now.

Hell, I think Mizzou has been showing more SEC pride than any other team in the East lately.

I wasn't here in 2011 and didn't talk shite in 2012 because I couldn't give any less of a shite. My point remains the same, beat the elite and you get respect. Mizzou has a great chance this season to win a third time in a improved East

Well I think no one was expecting 2 division titles in 3 years. But this notion that people were expecting them to be in the cellar with UK and Vandy is laughable.

I thought when they first joined that they weren't getting enough credit for the success they had been having lately in the big 12. They have put guys like Jeremy Maclin, Aldon Smith, Sean Witherspoon Sheldon Richardson and Justin Smith in the NFL who would have been good in any conference. Their 2007 team should have been in a BCS bowl.

I don't see them winning the east as often as they have been with such a small sample size so far but they can be consistently above average

Yeah winning the SEC is a big accomplishment but the East not so much. Should Mizzou be happy? Yeah but act like it's some huge thing? No

I get the logic of Dawg fans now.

When other teams win the division it's because UGA let them win the division.

Only UGA can beat UGA.

UGA has spoken.

No way. I lived 2008 and uf earned it. They beat our butts.
