You have to get parents to instill it in their kids (not everyone drives a lot so that will be a factor). However, my mom was super good about that -- every time I got in the car with her as a kid I had to buckle up. Now, if I don't put my seatbelt on I feel naked.

I used to never wear one when I was younger.Now I wear it every time.
