Don't miss anything about the Big 12. I do wish every school played each other within 4 years tho. It sucks that a kid can play his career at Mizzou and not make the LSU, Bama or Auburn trip. The only deep south trip has been to Ole Miss 2 years ago. I'm anxious for a LSU and Bama experience.

Is there any thing you miss from the Big 12 (other than maybe your rivalry with Texas and Kansas)? Any good road trips, traditions, stadiums, games, college towns, etc?

No.

Anybody ever notice that aggies don't really think very highly about the people and geography of the state of Texas? They are in such SEC dick-suck mode that they don't see that they are alienating themselves from the rest of the state.

Austin is a nice town. But Horns or no Horns there are enough Aggies in and around the area that not playing Texas hasn't had an effect.

You mean like the UT, OU and kU "blueblood" arrogance? The unequal distribution of revenues? The piss poor distribution (or non-distribution) of all the games?

Don't miss it even a little bit.

Now the Big 8... There is some nostalgia for the days before we foolishly allowed Texas suck us into their vortex - destroying a conference of 90 years in a little more than a dozen.

F-them. I hope they stew in their near mid-major purgatory for generations.
