If they returned tickets to the Georgia game, Missouri fans obviously don't want to be spit on and have grown men barking in their face. Can't really blame them

Oh. So you want to watch baseball? Mystery solved.
I do enjoy baseball. I like college football better though.

But seriously, have a link? It seems abnormally early to be returning tickets.

That's why you don't belong in this conference.

Athens doesn't have commercial flights I don't believe...Would have to rent a car or take a taxi from ATL?
But is anyone going to actually answer my question about a link on the actual returning of tickets? Because this seems like a red herring.

It was emailed out to season ticket holders, no link.
And yes, you'd have to fly into atlanta and drive. So what?

Georgia season ticket holders? Because I know I haven't gotten one. Why would Georgia season ticket holders want to know about Missouri fan buying tickets? They would presumably already have tickets?
Holiday weekend was referring to the fact that is indeed NOT one, thus taking out an allusion of a 3 day weekend.

Wife and I went two years go. It's our weekend with our daughter that weekend and we schedule road trips around the custody schedule.
All home games for us this year and the road trips are Arky State, Vandy, and Arky with the BYU game 15-20 min away here in KC.
But we always do at least 2-3 road trips a year. We went to both SEC Championship games as well. The SEC does those right. Good times.

It only takes a credit card and valid license to rent a car.

So let me get this straight...You're a Missouri season ticket holder, Missouri is returning unsold tickets to UGA, and you don't even know about it?
This may be your answer. Your school doesn't know how to sell tickets.

We like our football team so much that even when we already have tickets, we'll still buy more.

Here's the thing...people don't get off work until 5 on Friday. Then you've got to spend ~400 dollars for a round trip flight on Friday night that returns Sunday. Plus cost of taxi to and from Athens, tickets, food, and hotel so you're looking at over 600 dollars ...all of that just to go go a game that is a better experience on television anyways. It's a problem across college sports that the TV product is superior to the live product.

It was to inform the season ticket holders that they can purchase up to 4 tickets for $75 each in the Missouri section due to Missouri returning some of their allotment.

That $24 a day for a rental is the straw that breaks the camel's back, WGD. Their loss. Best road trip in the East.

This is not the mind set of a true SEC fan. And who in their right mind would take a taxi from Atl to Athens?

Not to mention, potential other attractions. Pro football, MLB playoffs in particular.

Who wants to be responsible for a rental car in a foreign city that you don't know your way around? Let alone if you want to drink and take taxis anyways.
