Do you even hunt, bro? Yeah, there are some shitty buildings and some trashy people, but that's some of the most fertile land for crop production.
I really like the hire. That makes 3 ex-NFL players on staff and I think we have a nice blend on our defensive positions.

Mayhew Junction is almost finished from what I understand.
Sweet Gum is being brewed at Lazy Magnolia until they get the capital together to build their own, I think.
The sweet gum is pretty good too.

They have a dumb rule in Georgia where the brewery can't also be a bar / pub. Do they have that rule in MS too?

Love to hunt and fish and there are much better places for it than anywhere in the delta. The farmland is great there but would be just as good after the fire.
Grew up on a farm just north of Natchez on the river, much better than anything in the delta.

You get an upvote from me but I think it's the old way of thinking still prevailing that is detrimental to MS. Deep down you know why they don't put more emphasis in the public schools. It's easier to turn your back when your kids go to private school. They can't bring in industry when the workforce will be comprised of people who can't read past a 6th grade level. They won't be able to attract the engineers, architects, because the area offers nothing.
I could keep going but I'll stand down from my soapbox.

Natchez is beautiful, but its going to crap too. We are much more progressive across the river, all ya got to look at is schools and real estate values to see where the jobs, industry, and progress is trending.

That rule does suck and I don't know about MS.
SweetWater is a fun place to go hangout on a Saturday afternoon when they have a live band.

Yep, there are lots of cool breweries.

Yep the average trailer price in Concordia parish has tripled, up to about $600 bucks now. I kid
Don't live there anymore, there aint shite happening on either side of the river in the Miss-Lou unless you want to drive trucks/tractors.

Those poor people don't have a shot with the District 2 leadership.

When you take out the Mississippi Delta we jump up to like 25-30 in most categories. (Which isn't spectacular by any means.) That is how much that part of the state drags the rest down. Don't group us all with that part of the state.
well to be fair, the delta is about a third of the state

northwest arkansas is nice, but the majority of arkansas is awful for anything outside duck hunting

The biggest drawback to that is not being able to buy direct from the brewery. The tours/tastings are a solid workaround. And the food at brew pubs is usually meh anyway.

They don't know about the golden god Nicky Fitz yet.

Do you think he will bring the 3-4 or keep with the 4-3?
