Porker Face?
Porcine creatures are good for 1 thing, and it's not their stellar opinions

Hate to say it but Charleston is exponentially greater than Natchez/Vicksburg. The coast of Mississippi is very nice though. Its getting better at a pretty quick pace as well.

Mane, you must be crazy. Pine Bluff fell into a giant sinkhole two decades ago.

Kinda curious if y'all have actually looked into living in CA or if you just regurgitate the stereotype.
Yes, it's more expensive. Yes, the government is nuts. Yes, we have jobs. I don't know if I would move here without one lined up, but it isn't the communist wasteland that people think.
Just saying.

Larger? Yes. Once you get out of the Battery and College of Charleston district though you just have a regular port city.

I haven't looked for jobs here because I don't want to live in the Southeast. Sometimes change is good, especially when you've been in one place your entire 29 years of existence.

I know, they are even racist about their sand.
Also, to the person talking about California prices... a good friend of mine who lives out there is renting a trailer 5 miles outside of town that leans to the left. He is paying twice as much as I was for an apartment in the middle of Fayetteville that had double the living area.
This, mind you, is not outside of Los Angeles or San Francisco. Its outside of the bustling metropolis of Gilroy.

Do you just hate M named states? Missouri, Mississippi- are we going to see tirades about Maine and Maryland soon? Screw a bunch of Minnesota and Massachusetts, right? and don't even get you started on Montana!!!

You are griping about the cost of an apartment in South Carolina, but want to move to California? I also hope you feel warm and fuzzy paying an azz load of taxes, paying one and a half times what you pay for energy now, and the state going over your vehicle with a fine tooth comb come emission time.
And I'm glad for the apartment owners that there are people out there that don't wanna be burdened with a home that does crazy stuff like build equity and just want to piss away money on an apartment lease.
