Mississippi schools, which of you would like to bow out?

I understand king cotton was once very important, making northern Mississippi a very happening place to be. However, today, it may surprise you to find Mississippi's number one product is tourism, which is mostly imported to the seafood and sunny shores of Gulfport/Biloxi.
This booming metro, commonly referred to by its nickname, "the playground of the South" has over 250,000 people, opposed to 20,000 at Oxford or Starkvegas
Further, the educational opportunities available in each respective city are roughly equivalent. And check out this campus!
Now I know what you're going to say... But no one has trees like Oxford in fall!
Here is a 500 year old tree that beats the shite out of your shitty arse twigs
Further it is named the Friendship tree. Pretty sure a tree named after friendship doesn't have any rope burns, if you know what I mean.
Speaking of diversity and inclusion, your neighbors to the south also have you beat there. This fine campus admitted women long before OM or Bully, recognizing the equality of the fairer sex. To be honest the rest of the conference has resented your "reputation" holding us back all these years. A breath of fresh sea air would be welcome
Lastly, I believe athletically this fine coastal institution is free and clear from any NCAA compliance issues. I know, I know. Self-imposed, etc. But I believe the SEC has been "self-imposing" a burden in itself by keeping a 19th century approach to schools from Mississippi. Sure, we have two now. I'm not against keeping that number. Simply proposing one of you kindly bow out like the Southern seersucker wearing gentlemen you claim to be in the interest of this great conference.
I look forward to a constructive debate between Ole Miss and Mississippi State fans, with fans of other schools welcome to chip in. Keep in mind, the greater needs of the conference above yourselves. TIA

Is this like an extremely detailed way of saying you're not happy with your current situation and would like to move to Missississpi?

Same with Alabama
I say bring in South Alabama and get rid of Bama
Mobile for its entire experience is much better than Tuscaloosa
I hate to say this but Alabama beaches are second to none as well

Don't you know Tulane left the SEC because they couldn't compete
Why would they now want to come back
If they did I believe Mizzou, South Carolina or A&M
would have to leave to make room for them
and not LSU
Can't get rid of your best athletic program in the important sports
Can you

I don't know maybe the tourists that spent $3.9 billion on visiting Alabama beaches.
And 'Sugar White Beaches of Alabama' is not just marketing it's...you know...science. Alabama beaches contain quartz crystals that give it a clean white sugary look.

You could've saved yourself some keystrokes and just typed "I've never been to the Alabama coast before"

As far as Palmetto trees, just wanted to share this pic. There's a reason why South Carolina is called "The Palmetto State."
And regarding Oak trees....I humbly submit "Angel Oak" which is located on Johns Island near Charleston. It is estimated to be as old as 1500 years (yes, 1500) old.
I wish that tree could talk..I can't even begin to imagine the stories it could tell us.
*I don't have a dog in this fight...just enjoyed seeing the pics*

Fun fact. When deciding on a location for The University of Mississippi the choices were Biloxi or Oxford. Oxford won by a slim margin (few votes IIRC)

That is southern miss's gulf park campus. Those pictures make it look great but it is a dump.

Damn. Greatness eluded.
Truly the story of Mississippi

Notice you don't see students in the pics. It's like that every day. No one wants to go there.
