What decent offenses have you played, outside of those games?

I guess you can compare stats against La Tech. We had them at Ruston USC had them at home.

We need to come out early and punch them in the mouth. Kyle field will be electric. I think we win by 2 TDs

LSU is averaging more YPG than A&M.

What's your point? I explicitly stated that our offense has not been improving. I made no claims about having a great offense.

I simply stated the empirical fact that USC and UF have been statistically better defenses than MSU in conference play, and you people are losing your fricking minds.

Opponents matter I hear.

Taking conference only stats at this point in the season is absurd. We have a 4 game sample.

Not to mention you're comparing East to west teams. Spoiler alert, the East should have way the hell better defensive statistics.

I hope you're right. I don't have any idea what to expect. I have come to trust our defense these last few weeks. That's about as far as my confidence reaches, and even that is mitigated by the fact that MSU's offense is different than Bama's and UF's and USC's.

This is only a meaningful fact if all of the teams had played identical schedules to this point. I know you are an Aggie, but it shouldn't be this difficult for you to comprehend.

Really? So no stats have any meaning except when comparing two teams with identical schedules? What about accounting for injuries? Weather? Game location?

Why do people so vehemently debate the outcome of a game that hasn't yet been played?
It's silly.

Then go bet A&M if you are so confident

You are only further making my point.

Stats can tell part of the story. But they can also tell you just about anything you want them to.

A wise man once said, there are lies, damned lies, and statistics.

A&M is the team no one is talking about. They're 5-2 with a late collapse and an 8 pt loss the the #1 team in the country. I think they are much better than State and they are coming off a bye-week. Their fans are douchey as frick, particularly TexAg7, but they have a much better team than people think. I think Ags win it by 2 TDs.

Sumlin has a losing record to State in the post-Manziel era. So that's probably why.

I would. I can't find them.

Can't really compare MSU to USC and UF yet. So far South Carolina's SEC opponents are 5-15 in the conference. Florida's are 8-10. State's conference opponents to date are 13-4. HUGE difference in conference schedules to date between MSU, USC, and UF.

We get Cory Thomas back as well. Our defense will sack your QB 5 times. There will be 3-4 turnovers and that will determine the game... State by 24

Not the way you're using them. You're not very good at this reading comprehension thing.
