I think Singletary is building a good team. He's going to be far better at coaching in the NFL than Sly Croom was at coaching FBS CFB.

We'll see, so far he hasn't done shite in the worst division in the NFL.

Last year was his first complete season as a head coach, and he finished 8-8. That's not bad at all. Crooms was never anything but bad.

Singletary has a lot more talent on an NFL level than Crooms had on a college level too, IMO..
Singletary is also in a weak division, while Crooms was in the SEC West..

Crooms started with something like 6-7 NFL players and ended up losing to Maine, then had the nerve to say it was because he had less talent. He wrecked Omar Conner's career.
Singletary is taking a pretty stout defense, a solid RB, and producing mediocrity.

As much as I loath Ed Orgeron, I couldnt imagine how disturbed I'd be with Croomz as my coach.
But he was doing it the right way, remember?

Points you seem to be missing:
He has only been a head coach for one complete season.
Arizona was not a bad team considering they made the Super Bowl 2 years ago and pretty much had the same team back last year.
He had a great division record (5-1). They beat arizona twice last year.
There is a reason Crooms never got another job after MSU: He is a horrible head coach.

I'm not saying he'll turn out as bad as Crooms, he just seems very similiar, especially with his style. Not to mention the same god damned voice.
