Seriously though I don't know why the Big 12 doesn't strike in to the heart of SEC country and grab UCF or USF. Snag Tulane, UAB and/or Southern Miss to create a bridge.

Because they're run by a single university who doesn't want to water down their money even by a single cent, even if it would bring long-term stability and potential growth to the conference. To them, it is all about the bottom line being immediately better than aggy's
