Simple fact is Mett single handedly had the chance to lead a game winning drive. Just like Murray did the possession before. he failed to do so. Therefore, he did not do everything he could to win the game. He played a great game. But claiming he did everything he could is a dumb statement. And that is why Mett was the second best QB on the field that game.

Stats beg to differ buddy, go look at them. The GA DL is what was better on the field at the end of the game, our DL didn't apply the pressure to get to Murray and he had all day to throw. Props to the GA DL for being more aggressive than ours to pull out the win.

Stats =/= best QB on the field. Winning does. Murray marched down the field and scored a TD. Mett couldnt get them in FG range. I dont know why this is even debatable...

Did you watch the Cowboys game yesterday? based on your logic. Romo is a better QB than Peyton Manning. And even as a Cowboys fan that is an absurd statement.

When both QBs have a chance to win the game for their team and one looks absolutely dreadful in the clutch, yes.

I am speaking in terms of the UGA game, try to keep up with this conversation.

so UGAs defense has nothing to do with LSUs offense inability to get it done?

we're talking college football not 7 on 7, try to keep up.

That One Guy....

If Mett was the worse QB on the field that day, why was he voted the SEC offensive player of the week and not Murray ?

Guess the O-line yall have been bragging about isnt as good as you thought huh?

and UGA's defense doesnt cause a QB to make bad throws when he isnt under pressure. Rewatched the last drive. 3 passes are just terribly thrown. Not like he was scrambling.

You would have thought that an sec loss to the only decent team you have played then letting a bottom feeder hang into the 4th quarter would have shut you tards up, yet it seems to only have fueled your delusions. Well hear this, a&m is going to rape your shitty defense, and Alabama will do the same. You won't win a shootout with a&m, and alabama will get way more stops than your d while scoring at will.
