Everyone opposing fanbase had someone chiming in on this very subject all summer. How A.J. would turn the ball over, etc., etc.

But Bama is all about STATS. Leaving things out to enhance something else isn't a fair judgement. I can say my house is for sale with beautiful bedrooms. But leave out the bathrooms covered in raccoon shite.

I took off my homer glasses, now everyone else can take theirs off as well in order to see it from another view.

Ok, so one or two people now equals errbody.

A.J. is doing exactly what a Saban coached team's QB is going to do. You are never going to have the flashy QB getting all the love in the media about being good, I do not understand why you, and other bama fans, find this to be so damn threatening.

There were multiple page threads on this. I'm not accusing you of this. Settle down. However, people seem to forget their predicitons. Just like those Julio haters before the 2010 season.

I predicted Arky to go 9-3 with 10-3 after our bowl. I like where I stand on it so far.

Homer? I'm not even arguing for A.J. to be on this list, much less win it. I'm just arguing as to why the OP used the highlighted text in the initial post. Ball security was a major topic of the offseason about Alabama's QBs. Plenty of people said that A.J. or Phillip would cost Alabama at least two games because of it. Thus far, ball security has been good. That's the entire point.

Not all of us. I am on the record as saying all I give a shite about concerning the UA QB is whether he can hand it off without fumbling and can he throw a screen pass.

Lee stats so far:

CMP ATT YDS CMP% TD INT RAT
Season 84 135 1085 62.2 11 1 155.1

imagine if he did not have to share time the last two games with JJ.

AJ would have 3x as many interceptions and probably be out due to injury if he played on Arkansas right now. For Tyler to put up the numbers that he has despite our terrible o-line and our basically non-existent run game speaks loads for him. Hell, I could complete 70% of my passes if I had Bama's o-line and Trent running the ball.

Don't stop there. Hell, I think you'd probably win the Heisman.

That is pure speculation and a big load hawg shite homerism. I don't know why it's soo hard for you hawg fans to give props to another teams Qb. I know, I know ,Ark always has the best Qb in the league blah blah blah.

Oh and I bet you could even throw a football 20 yards without falling on your fat arse.

I don't know why it is so hard for you to realize how awful our o-line is and how bad our running game is since Knile got hurt.

Sorry, but I'm not impressed with your QB. I truly think half the QBs in our conference could put up similar numbers if put on your team as they stand right now.

I think it is homerism on your part if you are too blind/stubborn to realize that when the other team's defense is terrified of the 2-headed monster you have at running back and exhausted because they get all of 2 minutes to rest in between the their offense going 3-and-out against your defense, that it is going to make your QB look better than he really is.

Oh and save the fat jokes. I weigh 170 pounds.

This is funny coming from an Arky fan. Anyone who knows anything about football knows that your QB's and WR's are always overrated due to playing in Petrino's offense.

You are literally the first person to ever say that Tyler Wilson and arguably the best receiving core in the nation is "overrated".

So when a QB is hit probably 20 times in a game and his team rushes for less than 100 yards, yet he is still able to pass for over 500 yards (which is the highest yard total in the nation this year) with 0 interceptions, he is "overrated".

God, I knew people from Alabama were kind of dumb but this takes it to another level.

Any arkansas QB, regardless of name, has a helluva lot more expected of him than any Bama QB. That's not to take anything away from AJ. But you're f'ing high if you think Wilson doesn't mean more to Arkansas' success than McCarron's to Alabama.

It's just the difference in offenses/personnel.
