I mean, when he got there they were winning 0 of their Big East games. By the time he left they ran the Big East. And then they punched Florida in the mouth in their bowl game. And then the next year they punched Miami in the mouth in their bowl game.

And if you haven't noticed, a win over TCU would make them 7-5 in a season most thought they wouldn't make a bowl game.

I think the guy is really good and the type of guy I'd want running my program. Nothing he has done so far at Louisville or Texas makes me think he won't be successful. I don't know if he will make them a perennial top 5 team, but I think they'll be really solid.

Please tell me what the Big East consisted of by that time. The only reason the got to play in the Sugar Bowl was because of the BCS Agreement. UF was built on Defense and had gone thru the SEC East with an easily schedule. Miami sucked the year they played them in the Bowl.

ps. TX is not going to beat TCU.
