Im not "crowing" about anything. Just calling out your hypocrisy. it was a good laugh. Again the same thing you are making fun of, you are doing.

JK Scott is Malzahn's worst nightmare.

Go through Phans post, he uses Jan Kemp in about 50% of them

He won't be seeing that defense again. Really had an off year.
Bama's 3rd down defense:
Explosive plays by opponents:
Turnovers created:
All I see in those stats is a defense who has gotten worse every year since 2011.

There is a strange disconnect with Malzahn. Maybe part of it is the fact that he is offense-minded and I tend to look at the game defense first. But when auburn was putting points on the board, that was auburn scoring. When they were held in the red zone, that was auburn blowing opportunities. When Alabama took control of the game in the second half and had a 19 point lead with moments to go, that was auburn "giving away all those points".
At least he didn't brag about running up a bunch of rushing yards, I'd have had to assume he was on the rant.

Why are Alabama fans so rustled ITT?

He should have left it at that
I don't think his goal was to appease the alabama fans that would be hanging on his every word.

for what its worth, that 2011 defense had 8-9 returning starters from the previous year in it. Just like this year....just saying...

This is the most confusing part of this thread. I knew people would have an interesting take but there's several posters in this thread that should probably go take a walk outside

Like the year before with bama. Shoulda, Coulda, made a damn field goal at some point in that came. Coulda, Shoulda of not tried the last field goal attempt.

“We didn’t score touchdowns in the red zone. We should have put 60 on them, and we didn’t,” Malzahn said. “That was the most disappointing thing, when you have a chance to do something special and don’t, and then we gave up all those fourth-quarter points.
I see nothing false with any of those statements.

Just be thankful we let you off the hook that year.
