If Boise loses here, SCar beats Auburn, and/or Oregon loses the civil war, then things really get interesting.

SCar isn't getting in the NC game, and LSU and Auburn would be your top two one loss teams.

A lot of shite has to happen for LSU to get into the NC, and I seriously doubt it does, but you never know

SCar just wrecked UF's shite. ANd barely lost to AU early in the year.

Why can't SCar beat Auburn?

Hypothetically, IF boise loses, auburn loses, and oregon loses then it would be TCU and Auburn in the BCS as Auburn's "collective body of work" would have been more "impressive" than LSU's, which would still have been more impressive than Ohio State's.

I can tell you, living up here in the NW, I know Oregon fans fear the Beavs as much as anyone. That rivalry is as strong as Bama/Burn.

Doesn't matter as it's totally irrelevant.

i think it's about time everyone stops talking NC talk for LSU. Way too much has to happen. I'm cool with a BCS bowl.

If Bama hadn't dropped the ball today and had blown Auburn out the way that they probably should have then you'd be correct.

It annoys the hell out of me too.

Still, even without a UA win, say USCe beats AU (not all that likely) and Oregon loses to OSUw (somewhat possible). Does that make for an LSU/TCU BCSCG?

they'd probably put the winner of the big10 in there since lsu didn't even win the west. sucks, but that's probably what would happen

I agree. But they would just about have to move several teams ahead of us to make it happen which would really be a crock of shite. Wisconsin is already ahead of us in the polls but we're ahead of them in the BCS.

But it doesn't matter anyway, no way all that craziness happens next weekend.

Any chance for LSU to make the NC ended when Auburn won today. Even if AU loses to USC, I highly doubt the voters elect a team they beat to go to the NC over them.

Any I'm 99.999% sure a LSU/AU NC will never happen, nor should it.
