I saw Mett being pressured a few times last night, and even sacked a couple of times. Then our o-line came alive, and he could have made a sandwich while waiting on his receiver. If he's given that much time against Georgia, he will light you up. And Hill will get his yards too. But I can say the same for Georgia. Murray and Gurley have the same abilities as Mett and Hill. This will be LSU's hardest game of the season. I have said that all along. If we win this one, look out! If we lose, we are still very much in for the West title. Game of the Century????

I sure Richt and Murray consider this a big game, if so then we should dominate.

I was thinking the same thing, even if UGA loses, it will only be 1 convference loss and the ehad to head vs SC will win out for UGA... because Flarda and Tenn suck so bad, as do Vandy and Kentucky. And Mizz.

The game isn't a must win for either team IMO.
Would make things a whole lot easier for LSU, but not a must win.

It's a must win for the dawgs to stay in nc contention.

It should be an absolute classic.

I don't think so. They still have Florida and a NC game....err I mean SEC championship game to play.

With the lose being early and probably playing the number 1 team in the country the last game, they still have a shot.

Huh? We need to win this game to stay in the NC discussion. Period.

What? A two loss sec champ will not play for the title this season. 2007 was the exception.

I'm just saying that a loss doesn't put either team out of the sec championship race. No matter what happens, both teams still control their destiny in the sec.

I am however saying that uga is out of the nc hunt in week 5 with a loss, where LSU would not be. It's pretty simple logic.

... but has nothing to do with SEC championship.

A loss to LSU means relatively little. Win out and beat Bama in the SEC CG, then watch Oh ST and Oregon play in the NC.

Oh OK. Murray and Richt won the last big game played in Sanford and dominated Clowney.

It's not a must win, but it would pretty much book us a ticket to Atlanta.

That is, if we don't lose a stupid game in there which we have shown in the past we are very capable of.

But I think we beat Florida, their offense is awful.

The Auburn game scares me more than the Gators.

Bump. LSU is still getting conflicting rumors on the status of Anthony Johnson.

LSU better spray some stick-em on their hands to tackle Gurley. If they don't wrap him up, he'll bounce to the outside and average 30 yards/carry.

I've been curious about this. Does Les not do a post game show or call in show type deal?

LSU vs UGA discussion

Last week I predicted LSU to beat Auburn by 17.

This week, I don't really know what to predict. I think it's going to depend a lot on the head coaching of LSU, whether LSU gets a lead and decides to go into a cocoon / ultra-conservative "up-the-gut 3 and out" offense. If LSU does, I can see Georgia clawing back and taking a lead on a gassed LSU defense and a sleeping LSU offense.

If LSU plays for 60 minutes, as it should against a very good GA team, I think LSU wins.
