A&M just played at SMU's 32,000 seat stadium in 2014 lol

This doesn't jive w/LSU fans always saying real teams never play at a G5 venue.
LSU is also playing Texas in 2020. LSU playing at* Rice is just like when LSU plays at* Tulane. A&M didn't play at SMU to get in on the Dallas recruiting scene.

I get the air conditioning angle...
but it would be so much fun to set up a tailgate party outside of Rice Stadium. go out in Rice Village before and after the game.
Maybe Give LSU RVs a big chuck of the Rice Stadium parking lot. the party at night would rival BBQ Cookoff.

An aTm fan trying to shite on LSU's OOC scheduling is cringe worthy.

no they played them in new orleans in the superdome to donate money to the hurricane katrina relief fund. do you really think lsu would play a true road game against a non p5 conference team? there's absolutely zero incentive for them to do that

Why didn't LSU play out the rest of the home and home they signed?
LINK
Also it looks like they signed that home and home 3 months before Katrina so I'm skeptical of your story

frick. I hope this series gets cancelled. LSU has no business leaving Tiger Stadium to play a team like Rice.
Posted on 8/2/16 at 3:26 pm to Dr RC
Didnt AtM need Manziel back in the 2nd half just to beat Rice?
Posted on 8/2/16 at 3:26 pm to ShaneTheLegLechler
Haven't yall gotten that arse beat enough to just stfu and stop trolling?
Apparently not..

dont listen to whoever said lsu agreed to play Tulane to help out with katrina. thats wrong.
Once katrina happened they did have special jerseys and such and had proceeds that went to the katrina effort.
