LSU to play Rice in Houston in 2020

The LSU-Rice game in 2020 will be played on Sept. 19, while the 2024 contest will take place on Sept. 7.

A&M just played at SMU's 32,000 seat stadium in 2014 lol
LSU is playing at an NFL stadium in an area where it out recruits your own team lol

Rice and LSU have a lot of football history. LSU has played Rice 55 times, more than they've played A&M (54), Auburn (50), Tennessee (32), Vanderbilt (30), Georgia (30), or South Carolina (21
