So you're going to deflect attention away from the fact that two long runs on draw plays, which yielded 10 points, were the largest failures of the defense? Gotcha.

Okay, subtract those two long runs.... We still rush for over twice as many yards as LSU's vaunted rushing attack puts up in the game.

And you lose to an LSU team in a down year because of a great drive by a true freshman with no experience.

Also, while we are at it.... subtract those two long run plays and State still puts up 460 yards of offense. Yep, that LSU defense was lock down other than those two plays.

You get embarrassed at night in Tiger Stadium if Mullen doesn't take his foot of the gas. To even act like that game was close is a

Enjoy your moral victory I guess, there won't be one in Starkville this year.

Please tell me where I can find this info.

Tom Luginbill was on a local radio show last week and pointed this out about our returning players with experience. And this whole thing about losing returning starters doesn't mean much.

The fact that you honestly think your team will be as good with less talent/depth than it had a year ago is laughable.

I have not once suggested that last year's LSU team was good. It was clearly a down year. The point I'm trying (unsuccessfully) to drill into your thick skull is that a bad LSU team with a true frosh at the helm took one of the best teams in the history of your program to the wire.

As far as "moral victories" are concerned, I hope you find a nice place to hang that SEC West Runner-Up banner before you jump out to an early 2-2 start.

I know Dak is basically Superman, but at least slow it down enough for us to see what the hell actually happened.

Want to see something laughable?

LSU's run game stats vs State.

89 yards on 35 carries. Now that's

I'm going to make my prediction now, LSU beats State by 17 points in week two with a first year starting QB.

Bookmarked. See you in September.

Nope, LSU fans know more about your team than you and the rest of the MSST fans. No way MSST can be good 2 years in a row, no way can MSU beat lsu again this year, yada yada. Gonna be great times on the rant when MSST beats lsu week 2.

So how much money are you willing to wager on LSU -14? I know someone who will give you that line at +300.
