You ever looked at the 2013 LSU stats? Tell me what side of the ball was the problem that year. Really puts monkey wrench in your story.

That's fine. I'm just saying I think Steele, O and their staff can have a field day with this info. If the counter is "we can't get you to the Natty, but they play badly in the Natty" then good luck, I guess.

I thought LSU was poor? And wouldn't pay up? Time to move on Fellas. my only problem with all these talking points is this. If you believe you are truly elite in your craft....why would a clause scare you off? I mean if Miles was fired and you had to look around......,Wouldn't the best available DC in the country be able to set his price? Muschamp did......,and he was FIRED.
What was Chavis scarred of? He woulda got paid somewhere nomatter?

You kidding me?! You just pick out single games that fit whatever narrative you want.
But yea that's the year I am talking about. When LSU had a 3000 U.S. Passer, 1000 TD rusher and (2) 1000 yd receivers. Something that has never been done in the history of the SEC. All while the defense couldn't stop opponents from scoring.

it puzzles me that aggies can't see the obvious that whatever sanity/character he had mysteriously disappeared sometime around thanksgiving of last year. first, it starts off with jealousy about muschamp getting blatantly overpaid. this gets masked with childish quibbling over the clause. then threatens to sue a&m, even though he hasn't even made it to college station yet. and you don't think this is likely to have some negative affect at some point? how can you not be concerned about this?

LSU offered more money and Chavis offered to stay on an extra 30 days to help solidify the recruiting class.
