Why is your local paper still writing about it? The Texas media has already moved on to football season, yet the Baton Rouge paper is still dedicating a lot of time and resources to the story.

LSU fans seem to be missing the point here. The common dialogue on this board has gone something like this.

I was comparing our defense and aggresiveness to Chavis defense at LSU. Also, the willingness to bring pressure on a last minute drive to force a stop.

Yeah. I wouldn't want to play for a coach who couldn't get past the 50 in the national championship game. But that's just me.

yeah, you're right. Better to play for one who can't even get you to the SEC championship game. Along with a DC who would frick you over in a bowl game. That makes sense.
