The LSU defense and special teams can keep us in any game. They are THAT good. There is no doubt in my mind of that. My only real worry is if/when we have to come from 7-10 points behind in a a game. Barring a major improvment by the offense, we will lose in those situations.

I think that defense is a little overrated personally. They have yet to play a real good offensive team honestly. I think LSU will get exposed once they get into playing the quality SEC teams. The offense is horrible and the defense will fare as well.
Let's revisit this prediction when you gumps visit death valley.

I believe LSU's D has been #1 overrall in the nation the last 2 weeks, #4 nationally now, #1 in the SEC now. Bang on the schedule all you want. We'll see.
Looking forward to November 6th. I think LSU's defense is more talented than the Cocks. Not to say USCe isn't good. They're very good, but LSU has more talent.
