What ?!? They are built for that TD Ameritrade Park

Spoken like someone who has never been there! IIRC people said the same bullshite about another team a couple years ago and even they couldn't get the ball out the park

They have great team speed and can bunt with the best of them. They don't solely rely on the long ball.

That would be the only frustrating part about their style of play but they will not be able to rely on the other part they have been all year. They get guys on base so the long ball can get more runs.

They will have to change their style of play for sure

They hit a lot of home runs, yes. But they are the fastest team in the country and bunt for base hits sometimes. There is not a park they won't be successful in offensively.

They won't hit as many HRs, but I think you'll see a lot more action on the bases with the Cajuns in Omaha.

Other teams will suffer from the size of the park too, but UL will benefit from being versatile and well rounded offensively.

Even if they don't win the hardware, they've already proven to be better.

I don't think anyone would argue ULL > LSU > Ole Miss > Miss St. The results have proven that.

We'll see how it plays out in Omaha. I am pulling for them, but I predict they lose to UVA or TCU if they have to play them.

That first HR would've been a 2 RBI double in Omaha... Why can't you just admit this team is really good ? Better than both LSU and OM.

If he's playing on a neutral field, does Ellis lose his composure and allow 3 straight free passes before that double? Has Ellis done that all year?
