I am going to go out on a limb and suggest any SEC venue in the 100K range will be louder than a pro team seating about 60% of that number of bodies. I think the Ducks only seat about 50K and the PAC is not known for having the most rabid fans. When I see Duck fans teabagging Tommy Trojan or killing Rose Bowl trees then I might begin to listen. Also, the more corporate folks, the quieter the venue.
I have been to Final Fours and I have been to the old IU vs UK game in the Hoosier Dome. Final Four was full of sections full of quiet people. Hoosier Dome was all fans and they were in either UK blue or IU red. Still some of the loudest basketball games I ever attended.

No dude, it was quiet. It wasn't really your crowds fault though, except they were too worried about being synchronized than being loud. But that stadium does not hold sound very well.
