The loudest moment I've ever witnessed in Tiger Stadium was the Earthquake Game against Auburn in 1988. The entire stadium erupted when Hodson hit Fuller to score the game tying touchdown. Second loudest was the 79 game against USC...the stadium was loud from beginning to end.

if this wasn't louder than the Kick Six it was mighty close

UGA '13 is third behind those two

I was waiting for someone to post the screen to the bowling ball in the flat.

Ole miss play action a few years back and the ensuing drive that the crowd fricked up ole Bo's head was pretty loud as well.

ETA - I showed up 5 minutes late and walking to seats my pants were already vibrating, so pretty loud that entire game.

The prayer in Jordan Hare

I obviously was not in town for the Kick Six and was mad jelly that my once-in-a-lifetime-as-a-fan moment got one-upped 2 weeks later.

I was at both as well as the Tre Smith return... All were loud as hell. The kick six was loud and lasted for what seemed like a hour but it built up. When Lewis caught that tipped ball, I thought the stands were going to fall down. It only lasted a min or so but that instant when we all realized he caught the ball, it was the loudest moment I have experienced

I was at this game. We were down by 17 when the announcement was made.
We were never down 17 in that game. We were down 10 three seperate times.

Yeah, I was in BDS for Rocky Block. See page one for a replay. It was the loudest thing I've ever heard.

2014 Bama/Rebs

Go to the 2 hour 38 minute mark and listen when the ref announces the interception. Definitely the loudest reaction I've heard in person.

I was at both. Clemson was loud. But I've never experienced anything like the LSU game. It was loud all game....the last few minutes and that final incompletion will never be forgotten. The Loran Smith "Cloud 9" letter to Larry Munson was icing on the cake.

It got seriously loud in '97, when Tony George took a Peyton Manning pass back for a TD. They might have blown up Peyton on the way to the end zone too. It was epic.

Without a doubt, the single loudest moment had to be when Terrance Cody blocked his 2nd f/g of the day to secure a win over Tennessee. 2007 TSIO got rowdy as welll as 2005 Florida.

I'm surprised no LSU fan has mentioned the 07 Auburn game. When Demetrius Byrd caught the game winning TD with one second left on the clock, the crowd went absolutely crazy. Up their with 03 UGA, 07 FLA, and 2008/2012 Bama. I was at all of them FWIW.

Check it out

As a season ticket holder since 2000 I have witnessed a lot of the loudest moments in Jordan Hare. Older folks will tell you the first Iron Bowl in JH in 1989 was the loudest, but unfortunately I wasn't there for that- although I was alive at a whopping 1 month old.

In my opinion the Prayer at Jordan Hare is the loudest I've witnessed. LSU 04 was loud, and the block in 06 against Florida in 06 was incredible. But the sheer shock and of the Hail Mary when all hope was lost was enormous. It just erupted the moment that pass was caught- loudest thing I've ever wittnessed.

The kick 6 was a different. I just stood there in awe much like this:

2012 Alabama @ LSU

This game certainly had the absolute most dramatic decibel change ever. When the ball was snapped it was the loudest yelling I've ever heard. 10 seconds later, when TJ Yeldon took the screen pass into the end zone you could hear a pin drop.. not a sound. It was so shocking Alabama fans were delayed in responding... stadium was completely silent.

Earthquake game: The noise coming out of Tiger Stadium set off a seismograph in the geology lab 1000 ft away from the stadium.
