Saunders was accused and later deemed guilty of Level 1 violations for ULL. They were 10.1 Ethics violations. See Jim Tressel.

Seems likely he did the same at OM in their eyes. So I doubt the others on the list are the Level 1 we are looking at

Nothing's guaranteed. Look at auburn. Cam Newton was the big one but the hundred dollar handshakes and the goodie bags with iPhones still went on. If they can get off,

Too much bama in this one.

Let this be a warning to all other teams in the SEC. When Bama gets investigated, you get put on probation. It's always been this way.
Nah. Emmert won't be around forever and Sabans wins at Bama will go out the door with him.

If OM is smart they will push Bama sliding by for everything in the book and getting nothing as reason they shouldn't either. Sling some crap back at the NCAA and then sue their butts if they try anything. The NCAA is on its last legs anyways.

Funny since the only national championship you had over the past 50 years was surrounded with controversy on a pay to play situation. Tell us again what exact violations are accruing at Alabama? I mean if your such an insider. This also coming from the program that has been on probation more than anyone else in the conference.

Bama has just recently gotten off almost 20 years straight of probation. As for what goes on at Bama, just Google any star player they've had in the Saban Era and ncaa violations. Cars, cash, agents, improper contact, moving players parents to t-town, autographs, etc. Basically anything you can think of has had players, boosters and even pictures for it all. If other schools get nailed from hearsay then there's no excuse for Bama to get passes. If cornered the NCAA wouldn't be able to produce a reason to punish anyone and not Bama. That's why I said OM should force the NCAA's hand.

I don't have to google tell me specifics, what violation, what category is the violation in and what Teir is the violation in 1, 2, or 3? If its a secondary? Show me proof if it was the coaching staff or outside party? LOL this is rich coming from you guys after the cam newton shite. shite after his dad shopped him to Miss State he should have been ineligible per SEC rules. However, he got off on that.

You are just straight up stupid and full of Bama envy I love it.

Dude probation started around 2000, ended around 2007 before Saban was hired and then the text book thing happened and ended around 2010. That was 6 years ago man. Overall Bama was on probation for 10 years not 20 and it wasn't a straight probation period. Original Probation was 5 years. Get out of her with this shite that you know anything about Bama.

That's what really got Pearl hammered. He had a minor violation but then he lied to the NCAA about it. NCAA got pissed.

Almost as shocking as Bama's track record of getting off. Seems like every single year something pops up at Bama that they somehow wiggle out of. Guess it helps when your HC's BFF is president of the NCAA.

Please start a separate post with the details for each of these incidents. I want to know what is going on. Thanks.

Their first one was even more fricked up. AU was on probation during their first NC in 57'. They couldn't even go to a bowl but back then the NC was awared before the bowl.

Id also like to know the details of parents getting moved to Tttown, and I'd like specific names of the players the received cars and the dealership that handled the paperwork for those cars. Is there a paper trail on the autographs? How much money changed hands in the autograph signings? And who has been tracing the cash exchange to Bama players?

Seems as though Rabern has a laundry list of infractions, I'd like specific names of players, the list of families that were relocated and the car dealership that's hands out the cars.

Yea, I'd like to know. Probably needs a separate, stand alone post. If there are details of infractions I want to make sure we get those passed along to the NCAA, so I want to hear all the details.

Level 1 NCAA Violations:
-Lack of institutional control.
-Academic fraud.
-Failure to cooperate in an NCAA enforcement investigation.
-Individual unethical or dishonest conduct.
-Head coach responsibility violation by a head coach resulting from an underlying Level I violation by an individual within the sport program.

Maybe one of those even applies to OM

Can we ever have a recruiting violation thread without bama and auburn blowing each other?

To put this into perspective, though, UNC as an institution committed copious amounts of
