Nothing's guaranteed. Look at auburn. Cam Newton was the big one but the hundred dollar handshakes and the goodie bags with iPhones still went on. If they can get off, anyone can. After that, I won't ever be shocked ever again.

Almost as shocking as Bama's track record of getting off. Seems like every single year something pops up at Bama that they somehow wiggle out of. Guess it helps when your HC's BFF is president of the NCAA.

I'm hoping for a Penn State style crippling.

Let this be a warning to all other teams in the SEC. When Bama gets investigated, you get put on probation. It's always been this way.

Still don't think the NCAA knows the half of it.

ACT score changes and improper benefits to recruits will do that to you.

Bama IS the NCAA. We only let you off the hook for the Cam ordeal out of the goodness of our hearts. Didn't want to be associated with taking down the son of a man of the cloth.

Auburn never got a NOA because they couldn't find enough proof.

I'm noticing a definite lack of a certain fanbase on tRant tonight...

Then again I wouldn't show up if my school was about to get the death penalty and I've been denying it for weeks either.

Considering the colonoscopy Auburn got I'm shocked they didn't find Trooper and/or Luper with an extra Iphone or two or something. Ole Miss' problem is that multiple teams have turned them in over several years, this isn't something new. Most teams are smart enough to stop buying players when the NCAA comes to town.
