I can only conceive of two possible outcomes for this game.

1. Bama beats Ole Miss

2. Bama beats Bama

We'll struggle to run.but I like our receivers against your young secondary, if we can get the ball to them. QB is obviously a big question mark for us.

Bama doesn't lose at home often and loses revenge games even less often. Bama will be ready and so will BDS. You will need a lot of Bama errors to have a chance. As far as our young secondary....we are starting two seniors, a junior and one young guy. The youth problems were last year, these guys have some experience now and with a new secondary coach from the NFL all reports are pointing to a massive improvement there. We will see, but Bama isn't losing this game.

I think it's going to be a good game. You've got 2 fantastic defenses and two offenses breaking in new QBs. I see a lot of denial in this thread regarding just how similar these two teams are. Anyone predicting a spread of more than +/-4 hasn't been paying attention. Can't wait for this one to kickoff.

Vegas has Alabama as nearly a 10-point favorite, so.

Collins and Perry graduated, so I guess your pass coverage actually could improve.

I predict Bama wins this season and goes on to another 9 or 10 game winning streak against Ole Miss. Ole Miss wins again in 2024 and these threads start up again.

I think it will if/when a QB has been established. I know the competition won't tell much but if Swag looks real good in those games, I could see the line lowering a bit.

I think that its too early to get a good feel for this game with both QB situations still up in the air.

OM will have a good defense, and we will too. I will not be upset if this game is a knock-out drag-out defensive battle, which is what I am thinking it will be.
