So Bama's still rustled that Auburn didn't get shite for Cam but Bama got hammered after Logan Young finally got popped after decades, literally decades, of paying players? How many of Logan's baws were on Stallings' '92 title team?

Even USCw didn't try to pull some chicken shite to get out of their mess. Their coach ran away to the NFL and they paid Kiffen millions to take the hit.
Ole Miss got caught cheating. Period. They are fricked and the law suits will quietly disappear after the COI gets done.

He told the story of his visits to Oxford, dumbass. He wasn't asked "did they have security tags" and "did you use a gift card". He was just telling how he remembered it going down. Like I said, maybe RR has never used security tags, but perhaps the other stores LL went shopping at that day did... So in his recollection of the day, RR also had security tags. Same goes for the store clerk he named... Maybe that girl (Emily wasn't it?) actually worked at the store they shopped at down the street.. Any defense attorney will easily show how those details are insignificant. You really expected LL to remember that day 100% accurate? Nobody can do that. Details like that are always inconsistent. Even in far bigger and more important cases than this.
The NCAA is going to keep LLs testimony to them as part of the infractions and dish out punishment for those infractions regardless of what comes of this suit. That's a fact.

NCAA has so much dirt on OLE MISS they will be hurting for a very long time. expect no recruits and bucky to lose his job. Back to a 2 wins per year!

It doesn't really matter. Ole miss is using this as a part of their defense, trying to discredit all of the allegations by possibly showing that one is without merit. It's just misdirection is all it is. They know what the ncaa has and they're trying their best to defend themsleves. It's what anone else would do, I don't blame them. However, it doesn't look good on their part by trying their hem play the ole "poor, pitiful me" card, and trying to act like everyone is lying and out to get them. The ncaa is going to make an example of ole miss because they have to. You can't let perennial bottom-feeders in a conference cheat like om did to try and catch up to their competition, who worked their asses off for decades to reach the amount of success their program enjoys now. Ole miss wants that instant gratification, they don't want to go through the process of building a program the right way, because the know its an uphill battle that will never happen. So they cheated to try and achieve it, but they still didn't lol. The ncaa has to punish ole miss harshly or you will have every no-name, wannabe university, from every podunk town in mississippi or wherever, throwing money around to try and compete with the big boys. Then recruiting will be all fricked up and all integrity will be lost. Ole miss fits perfectly into a saying that my dad used to tell me. He said "son, the world needs ditch diggers too." Ole miss is the ditch digger who is pissed at their bosses that have more money and success than them, so they want to cheat to reach their level...without putting in the hard work to get there. I never have had any respect for ole miss and still dont. Theyre a joke and always will be a joke. You better make sure you "win the party" ole miss, because that's the only thing you will be winning for a while lol.

That's what it's like for many older State fans too over Jackie/State from 1999-2003. It's eerily similar to how State fans behaved/acted then and ole miss fans now. The accusations and situation are similar. Lawsuits, player immunity,hotel rooms, etc.
You hear from Ole miss fans about Tunsil suspended for 4 games so that penalty has been dealt. That was Tunsil's punishment, not the school. Kevin Fant didn't make the trip to play @Oregon that year because of the tire gate with him. We thought his one game suspension was it. Nope, it showed up again in the NOA.
Chris Spencer(ole miss player) was given immunity for his statement that Jackie would provide him a vehicle. His stepdad and mom said they would be given jobs. Joseph Scott(USM player) received immunity and made a statement to the effect "we were led to believe" Scott would receive a vehicle.
Of course MSU denied those allegations, didn't work out too well for State either.

Good thing he missed 7 games then. And where are all the players we bought in 2013 in the NOA? Which SA is Treadwell? Which is Nkemdiche? Which is Tony Conner? Your university admitted to several misconducts involving recruiting, but you're celebrating because the NCAA didn't list Treadwell, Conner, or Spice but did with Tunsil. Congrats on your internet victory.

I'm just saying, Tunsil missed more than half of his final season and the NCAA accepted those penalties. Tunsil's draft night fiasco extended the investigation, and the primarily damning testimony and "evidence" comes from people who have a vested interest in watching Ole Miss burn. If it was so apparent that all four were bought, why wasn't anything included? The book's getting thrown, but there are pages missing. It makes as much sense as Ole Miss paying scads of kids who ultimately didn't sign at Ole Miss but instead signed elsewhere in the conference out of the goodness of their hearts

Maybe the NCAA thought those were not as apparent and didn't include them. Maybe you dodged a bullet there, maybe you didn't. Tunsil was included. You had a system of introducing prospects/players with boosters. That is something your university agrees with.

It makes sense when they have evidence on Farrar doing just that. Was ole miss doing it directly? Well in a sense, barney was introducing certain guys to boosters. But by all means, you can celebrate about Treadwell and Robert.
